About Julie Lynn

​Julie Lynn Mortensen is a professional actor based in Vancouver, Canada where she works in film, television and theatre. Julie Lynn has been acting for as long as she can remember (just ask her mother). She plays the lead role of Catherine Robb White in M.Y.R.A. Entertainment’s epic feature film, Drawing Home, Billy Clanton in and all-female Western Last Stand to Nowhere, and Lillian Van Helsing on Van Helsing. She can also be seen in numerous projects including Loudermilk, Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce, numerous Hallmark productions, and as the voice of Nøkk in Rainbow Six: Siege. 

​She also loves the stage and select favourite theatre credits include:  The Princess of France in Love's Labour's Lost, Elizabeth Barry in The Libertine, Mary in Unity 1918,  Sheila Birling in An Inspector Calls, Miriam in Common Grace, and 
Anne in For the Love of Gracie,

In her downtime she is an avid skier (water & snow), Stand-up Paddleboarder, hiker, cyclist, yogi and student of martial arts.
