Julie Lynn Mortensen
Julie Lynn Mortensen is an award-winning actor based in Vancouver, Canada where she works in film, television and theatre. You can see her in the starring role of Catherine Robb White in M.Y.R.A. Entertainment’s epic feature film, Drawing Home, as Billy Clanton in all-female Western Last Stand to Nowhere, Aunt Amy in Hallmark's Deliver by Christmas, and Lillian Van Helsing on Van Helsing. She can also be seen in numerous projects including So Help Me Todd, The Babysitter's Club, Virgin River, The 100, Loudermilk, numerous Hallmark movies, and as the voice of Nøkk in Rainbow Six: Siege.
Trained in theatre with a BFA in Drama, select favourite live credits include: The Princess of France in Love's Labour's Lost, Elizabeth Barry in The Libertine, Mary in Unity 1918, Sandy in Hurry Hard, and Sheila Birling in An Inspector Calls.
Julie Lynn is also a co-founder and teacher at White Rock Actor's Studio and a highly rated meditation teacher on Insight Timer. She is also passionate about skiing down mountains or behind boats, and loves to play with her little girl.
